What are some websites where I can find some healthy recipes?

I need some easy dinner, snack, lunch, and breakfast recipes that taste good. My fiance and I would like to start eating healthy but the problem is I don’t have a lot of time in the day to cook. Usually we just grab a quick snack and go. So if you know of`any websites that could help I could use them. Thank you.

Don’t forget that you can now get sealed packaged precooked meats of all types at your supermarket in the cold section. Roast beef, pork chops, baked ham, meatloaf, chicken, and many more. They come in sealed packages and can be held in the refrigerator for long periods of time. Dates are on the packages. Just add canned or frozen veggies for side dishes. Ask a clerk to help you find these wonderful sealed precooked meats.

The new types of frozen dinners are very good and are healthy. Look for "No Preservatives" stamped on the boxes. You can buy them in Family Sizes or in large bags. All of these are found in the freezer section.

Supermarket deli’s have roasted and fried chickens. If you are in a hurry, pick up a cooked chicken on your way home. The deli will also have lots of side dishes and desserts ready made.

I’m broke but want to eat healthy meals – good recipes?

Does anyone have any healthy recipes that don’t require expensive ingredients? I want to be healthy but can’t afford much, and I’m sick of doing the same-old "baked chicken with rice and broccoli" dishes. Please help! Thanks :)

Garlic Ranch Chicken [serve 4]

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Combine the dressing, garlic and basil in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, turning them to coat. Squeeze out air and seal bag. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

Saucy Parmesan Chicken [serves 4]

4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Dressing
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place all ingredients in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing and cheese.
Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, laying bag flat so chicken pieces do not overlap in bag.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Arrange chicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake 20 min. or until cooked through (165ºF).

Have any healthy fish recipes that might appeal to a fish-hater?

I want to try and eat fish at least once a week because I hear time and time again how healthy it is, but I can’t stand that seafood taste it has.

Have any healthy recipes for fish that might appeal to me? I need something that masks or minimizes that distinctive seafood flavor fish has.
It’s not just about the omega-3s. I need some protein variety. I’m getting tired of chicken.

This is funny. If you do not like that "distinctive seafood flavor", then don’t eat it. You can get the omega 3 from vitamin tablets or something like cod liver oil tablets. Search omega 3 on google and see what you can find.
