Aside from me just grabbing a whole piece of fruit to snack on (usually a banana!), this is my #1 snack&#8230;especially in the fall and winter, when apples are in season. Please try to get organic apples as you WILL be eating the peel, unlike when you juice apples&#8230;where the pesticides hang onto the fiber and peel so you don&#8217;t get many pesticides left in your juice! — If I was stuck on a deserted island I would definitely want the knife I use in the video with me, as not only is it great at cutting pretty much anything, and we&#8217;ve NEVER had to sharpen it in 3 years, but it also doubles as a fork as it has 2 prongs at the tip. (nooooo, I&#8217;m not suggesting that you use this knife as a fork in front of your dinner guests!) Anyways, as we both use this knife so often I should really just get us another one as it doesn&#8217;t even cost that much! It&#8217;s <b>&#8230;</b></p>

Tossed Salad Recipe made with Mixed Veggies plus a delicious Low Calorie Salad Dressing Recipe ? * I ngredients * For the DRESSING: — 3 Tomatoes — 1-2 Oranges — 1 Avocado — 2 cloves of Garlic For the SALAD: — 1 head of Romaine Lettuce — 2 Red Peppers — 2-4Carrots (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic) — 1-2 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic) * P reparation * — 1) To make the dressing, roughly chop the tomatoes, and toss into your Vita-Mix blender, or other high-powered blender of your choice. bit.ly or bit.ly — 2) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the orange into the Vitamix as well. — 3) Roughly chop the avocado and toss into your Vitamix along with the 2 cloves of garlic, and blend until desired consistency is reached. — 4) Roughly slice the romaine lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and toss into a serving bowl. Or, another method is to tear the leaves by hand into smaller pieces. (OR, you could even serve the leaves whole and intact and serve with the dressing as a dip!) — 5) Cut the centers out of the red peppers, then slice the red peppers, carrots &#038; cucumbers all into bite-sized chunks, and add to your salad. — 6) Drizzle dressing over salad or offer it on the side&#8230;your lunch or dinner is now served; enjoy! * I nspiration * — I am not anti- superfood or anti- supplement, I just find that I don&#8217;t <b>&#8230;</b></p>
